Marination Ingredients:
1: chicken breast 200g (julienne cut).
2: oyster sauce 1 tbs.
3: corn flour 1 tsp.
4: chilli sauce 1tbs.
5: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
6: dark soy sauce 2tbs.
7: salt 1/2 tsp.
Ingredients:
1: egg noodles 448g (boiled and keep aside).
2: onions 2 small (sliced).
3: garlic 5 pieces(finely chopped).
4: spring onion 2 small(finely chopped).
5: mix veg 2 1/2 kg(veg of your choice).
6: sugar 2 tbs.
7: sesame oil 4tbs.
8: peanut oil 3tbs.
9: sesame seeds 2tbs.
10:oil 3 tbs.
Sauce:
1: water 5 cup
2: corn flour 2tbs
3: oyster sauce 3tbs
4: dark soy sauce 3tbs
5: salt as per your taste.
6: black pepper powder as per your taste.
Recipe:
Boil the noodles and keep aside in water.
Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, oyster sauce,
corn flour mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 20 minutes. Make the sauce by adding corn flour, water, soy sauce, salt,
black pepper, sugar, oyster sauce mix well and keep aside.In a pan heat peanut oil, sesame oil and add garlic, onions and cook
till gets soft on high flame. Then add the
marinated chicken and cook till the chicken cooks completely and the oil comes on the
surface.(once cooked place it in a bowl).
heat oil in a pan and toss the veg on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.then add the
noodles mix it with the veg, make a well in the middle and add the sauce, bring the flame on high and mix it so that the sauce is
mixed well with the noodles.then add the coked chicken and mix well.garnish it with spring onions, sesame seeds and serve hot.
6 to 8 people easily eat delicious and tasty desert.
